Boosto is a little project that I had in mind for a while, but only recently could try out because I was gifted a 3d printer (thanks Daniel!):
I used an AI model to generate a statue-like 3d model of a face, starting from a couple of pictures, and then 3d print the model! I’ve been trying this with different levels of success, but I definitely could get some nice results:
I am now trying to start experiment different filament colors and turning this model into things like ashtrays, lamps, etc.. it’s gonna be fun 😀
